Returns/Refunds: 

  • Within 24 hours of receiving your order, you must get in touch with us if you're not satisfied with your purchase of an edible product such as Fresh produce, vegetables, dairy, frozen goods, etc. or if it's spoiled. We sternly do not accept returns or replacements after the deadline because of the short shelf life of the products.  

 

  • Returning an item other than Perishable items requires it to be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused form. Within 48 hours of receiving your order, you must get in touch with us to return or exchange. The customers will be at their own risk if problems are not reported within two days of order receipt.  

 

  • Products cannot be returned unless they are defective, spoilt, broken, incorrect, or the replacement is not up to your satisfaction.  

     

  • It is mandatory for all category goods to provide an image of any broken, spoiled, or seeping(Leaking) objects before requesting refund.
